Our process.

Senior teachers and staff meet to discuss the direction and learning outcomes of the English syllabus.
Senior staff and coaches meet to discuss and develop a tailored syllabus for each class.

Staff members map out the needs and requirements for upcoming student assessments and examinations.

Coaches focus on the learning outcomes for each term, lesson and activity. Ensuring students are adequately equipped in content, skills and knowledge.
All teachers join the syllabus development process and gain intimate knowledge of the syllabus
After senior teachers and staff meet to discuss the direction of the syllabus, the remaining teachers join the syllabus development process.

Teachers curate a diverse range of texts and create dynamic activities to promote long-term growth, genuine understanding and deep engagement with the subject.

This ensures that the teachers have intimate knowledge of the materials they use to teach their students.
Students engage with high quality materials and discussions while receiving personalised feedback.
Students are allocated to small-sized classes that foster free and open discussion alongside deep engagement.

Teachers already possess intimate knowledge of materials can now focus on personalising the lesson for each student.
After every lesson, teachers meet with the Managing Director to give feedback on the class.
Our Managing Director is directly engaged with the process to ensures quality control across all classes.

Checking on the progress, behaviour and challenges of every student in every class. We value consistency, growth and quality over superficial measures of success.
Syllabus is reviewed
at the end of term
After implementing our syllabus across the span of a year, we collect feedback from teachers, staff, students and parents to iterate and improve our materials for the next cohort of students.
